About Comunici

Hi, I’m Victor Groß – Founder of Communici.

I believe that effective communication is the key—to solving problems, achieving goals, and building healthy relationships, both at work and in life.

I help people communicate better—with themselves, with others, and with the world around them. Because at the heart of every challenge lies how we connect, express, and understand.

With a background in Technical Physics and Communication Science, I bring together logic and empathy, structure and intuition. I’ve worked on complex systems and in high-stakes team situations—and learned one essential truth: without communication, there is no change.

But my story begins earlier.
Before I ever studied communication or managed projects, life confronted me with challenges deeper than any textbook: health crises, setbacks, and a crisis of confidence.

My path has not been linear. But through curiosity, perseverance, and the will not just to keep going—but to grow and make a difference—I’ve found my way here.

This is why I do what I do.
Because I know what it means to start over. To adapt. To find clarity when everything feels uncertain.

And that’s exactly what I help others do—through personal turning points, workplace tensions, or entrenched communication patterns. Together, we create space for transformation.

“Good decisions don’t come from clear communication alone—they require the courage to consider different perspectives.”

„Background, Values & Vision“

My path has taken me from satellite simulations to team dynamics—shaped by curiosity, shifts in perspective, and a deep desire to support people through change.
At Communici, I combine personal development with team communication—to foster more clarity, trust, and genuine connection, both at work and in life.

I grew up in Berlin in a German-Dutch family, which sparked a lifelong curiosity for different perspectives and cultures.

After three years of studying Physics, I realized I wanted to work more directly with people. That’s when I transitioned to Communication Science, specializing in organizational communication and reputation management.

Since then, I’ve worked on both technical and human challenges—from satellite simulations and sensor systems to team conflict, motivation, and personal clarity.

Living, studying, and working across Germany and the Netherlands has given me a unique perspective on international collaboration and interdisciplinary problem-solving.

I’m passionate about helping people and organizations navigate complexity through clarity. Miscommunication, team friction, or uncertainty doesn’t have to hold you back—it can be transformed into growth, trust, and progress.

Whether you want to improve your leadership, gain clarity in your goals, or build a healthier team dynamic, I create solutions that are empathetic, structured, and tailored to your needs.

At Communici, I empower individuals to reclaim clarity, confidence, and direction in life by transforming the way they communicate—not just with themselves, but with others. Whether overcoming personal hardships, illness, or professional struggles, I help people recognize that communication is more than just exchanging words—it’s the foundation of how we gather, process, and act on information together.

Change starts with the individual, but we don’t exist in isolation. By aligning personal growth with team communication, I help people navigate complex decisions, express themselves effectively, and build meaningful connections to move forward—individually and collectively.

I believe that our greatest struggles—whether personal or collective—stem from flawed communication. Too often, we make decisions based on incomplete, biased, or misinterpreted information.

True progress happens when individuals take ownership of their communication, actively seek different perspectives, and engage in meaningful dialogue—not just for themselves, but for the teams, communities, and relationships they are part of.

We are all in this together. Through Communici, I aim to shift how we interact, collaborate, and shape our future—ensuring that we don’t just survive, but truly thrive, both as individuals and as a society.
